The origins of the Indalph stretch back a long, long time.  Long enough that none of the present-day members of it, not even its current leader Feith-Val, know the details of it.  Their goal though, is simply conquest; invading planets in various universes and subjugating them any number of ways, pressing members of said reality into their services, and continuing once more.  It is essentially their identity and without it they'd have nothing.

However, in spite of the scale they operate on, they're really just bullies who target planets they know or strongly believe they can overwhelm through one reason or another, exploiting the laws those universes operate on if possible.  Their miscalculations about the Uni-'verse inevitably have severe consequences for them.

Antagonists

Fateshifter Saturnia: The mech-sized Indalph general and the first named antagonist of the canon.  Saturnia is very, very detached and condescending, and a lifetime of manipulating causality in dimensions where it was absolute has given her a sense of invincibility.  Naturally when the Unity Group and SolSavior shatter this perception she takes it very badly.

In battle, Saturnia possesses generic energy blasts but her big claim to fame is the ability to "declare" something in the immediate future that will or won't happen, and her predictions are always right.  Hence the title Fateshifter.  However, dogged determination is something her powers have trouble with in the Uni-'verse, and once she gets hit by the Abyss Sanction it's all downhill for her.

Feith-Val The Machine's Heart: The current leader of the Indalph, Feith-Val is a rather calm and eloquent individual whose mind is all on the conquest stuff.  New recruits are always welcome (after loyalty is proven), though there is a very steely determination he has in wanting the Uni-'verse defeated after Saturnia's death and he's willing to do anything to achieve that, even if it's just baby steps.  However, he's still not that far off from a generic evil overlord... just not a stupid and impractical one.

When the heroes fight him, Feith-Val combines thousands of Part Troopers together to form the Deep Red, a gigantic form identical to his personal appearance.  Repairs are as simple as just swapping out damaged components.  In addition to all the weaponry the Part Troopers individually provide him, Feith-Val can also manipulate the environment and, to a lesser extent, protagonist machines.  Matter transmutation, gravity alteration, spontaneous teleportation, growing to the size he can fit the heroes in the palm of his hand, and producing duplicates of himself are all within his range of abilities.  Worth noting on the size-change issue though that he might be bigger, but his actual strength doesn't change at all.

Sara Harper: The not-Shapiro for SolSavior's not-Dancougar storyline.  Sara's motives and Face Heel Turn are covered pretty well in the mission list so I won't repeat myself here.  What I will say is she has no lost love for any friends she made in the Unity Group.  Although she'd really like to have them join her or be broken slaves due to sentimental reasons, when she rejected her humanity she knew she'd be walking away from everyone and everything she was close to and wasn't phased by the decision.

Also, that eyepatch?  Yeah, a gigantic tentacle monster lives behind it in her eye socket, the eyepatch rippling every so often.  Said tentacles can be freed to plant fleshy parasites on machines and people to control them, though people can be saved via precise damage to said monsters.

Sara initially pilots the EChaos, a machine capable of transforming into a dolphin with a sound-themed arsenal.  It can unleash powerful sonic waves, or more focused sonic blasts against enemies.  Its right arm is also a drill; good for melee fighting and also loaded to the brim with missiles.  In its dolphin form it is exceptionally fast, and also able to use sonic vibrations to phase through matter... and what it has trouble with, it can use its drill to power through.  But the EChaos's most unique ability is that upon physical contact with an enemy (even with a medium separating them like a shield), the machine can release sonic waves which enable Sara to perfectly conceptualize the mechanical makeup of an enemy.  Weapons, special mechanisms, piloting compartments, reactor locations, structural weak points?  Yeah.  She just learned where all of those were instantly.

After ascending to final boss status, Sara's machine transforms into the Thousand Faceless which sacrifices the sonic abilities of the EChaos for the reality manipulation detailed below with Feith-Val.  It can additionally generate portals connecting distant parts of the Indalph's realm, generate energy fields for defense or shape into weaponry, trap and crush enemies inside energy fields, move at blinding speeds (Sara's reality warping again), fire disintegration rays, generate gigantic versions of the tentacles her eye monster has (complete with parasites), and simply assimilate attacks sent her way.  All of these actions do require active thoughts to make them happen though.  I know missions are only so long and these are a lot of abilities to showcase; whoever's running it is free to just pick and go with as many or as few as they feel they can show.

Even with its reality warping powers weakened, it'll still be a tough nut to crack.

Saibok The Devouring Light: The most openly psychotic of the Indalph's leaders, Saibok is very much all about the killing and conquering, liking when people actually try to fight back because that means it's carnage to be had.  He's the one who'll cackle madly at destruction and get shouty at underlings he doesn't think are doing enough to keep him safe from enemy fire.  Predictably, he gets killed in his intro mission, screaming like the bully he is in his final moments.

Rather than pilot a machine, Saibok commands the humongous golden battleship Last Shining, armed with dozens of fast-firing lasers as well as much stronger beams that can sweep across the battlefield, like the beams from Independence Day if they could be cut across an area.  It also has cluster missiles, mine emplacements all over the body of the ship (enemies get close -> mines explode.  Boom, lots of damage to them and the explosion's shape doesn't harm the ship), and tractor beams to pin enemies in place.

Vantho the Swarm's Harbringer: The last of the Indalph's leaders, Vantho is a parasitic organism with that annoying sense of fake honor and chivalry.  He's the kind of guy who will talk fighting like gentlemen and then shoot you at the first moment your guard is down, all while acting like the consummate knight.  Anyone willing to stand up against him is fair game too, which ends up blowing up in his face during his debut mission when he tries to have his machine crush a lone woman standing against his machine with its fist.  Vantho can also create parasites or more benign symbiotes as well... and in fact Sara's pet tentacle monster is one of them.

Vantho's personal mount is the Monarch, a nimble centaur-like bug-bot which carries a powerful, beam-resistant warhammer in one hand while the other carries a similarly resistant shotel blade.  The Monarch can also release waves of constricting webbing to ensnare targets and waves of razor-sharp needle quills covered in toxic materials.  The Monarch itself was actually a sentient organism before Vantho infested it, and now all that's left is a breaddead puppet.

The Sol Eraser Team: Three individuals from three planets in separate universes conquered by the Indalph who decided to join in the war on the Uni-'verse, while secretly plotting to backstab and do as much damage to the Indalph's war effort as possible.  As such, the personalities they put forth are drastically different from who they are in reality, but we won't find out about that until the fifth mission when they show their true allegiances.

* Lord Siphor
, the not-Mizuki of the team, initially appears to be especially cold and cruel even compared with his teammates who acts in glee with every act of destruction SolEraser causes.  He was the top villain in his home dimension, but when the Indalph showed up he eventually realized he was small time, and now he's happier than ever... or so he says.  In reality he was the top villain, and when the Indalph showed up he thought he could still emerge victorious over everyone and failed miserably.  He's burdened by the guilt and regret that if he'd legitimately teamed up with his world's heroes, they probably could've repelled the Indalph.  Thus he's very determined to defeat them and stop them from hurting more people than what's necessary to see them vanquished.

Lord Siphor pilots the DreadVenom, a machine that can transform into a snake.  However, unlike SolSavior, SolEraser's components aren't meant to be used much independently and the DreadVenom's big abilities are just spewing acid everywhere and using arcane magic to generate a corrosive mist.  Its tail also doubles as a melee weapon, being resilient, beam-resistant, and able to smash through enemies.

* Tiam Saint George, the not-Kenichi of the team, she is very much a hot-blooded, violent individual.  She wouldn't be out of place on a Getter team if not for the complete lack of heroic behavior, and she's very crass, sarcastic, and hateful as she smashes shit up.  Or at least that's the face she puts on.  In reality she's a frustrated hero of justice who, in the past, was the sole defender against the Indalph in her world and was defeated after a very long, very brutal war of attrition.  The real her's still very crass and boisterous, but in a friendly way and she's been itching for a chance to pay the Indalph back ever since.

Tiam pilots the DraCannon, a machine decked out primarily for long-range carpet bombing.  Unsurprisingly, its alt form is that of a dragon.  Very powerful and durable, it's got tons of conventional artillery cannons over its entire frame, along with an extremely powerful wind turbine, letting it blow away enemies who get too close with roaring twisters.

* Azel Burroughs, the not-Dido of the team.  If Siphor is cold and sadistic and Tiam is vicious and aggressive, Azel is an obsessed and single-minded soldier.  This task: defeat SolSavior, and he will see it through no matter what.  Think like a villainous Sousuke Sagara or Chirico Cuvie.  Except not really, since as has already been discussed, SolEraser's team true goal is to help destroy the Indalph's command structure.  Azel himself was just a regular soldier from a planet horribly outmatched by the Indalph's forces, but his determination and resolve impressed them enough to spare him and press him into services.  His loyalties are still to his home though and his still-ongoing task: defeat the Indalph by any means necessary.

Azel pilots the SlayHare, which can transform into a rabbit form.  Of the three it is the smallest and most agile, and for fighting independently its primary weapons are a beam scattergun built into its rabbit eyes and a laser/water cutter rifle, with the extreme water pressure enabling it to shear through all but the toughest of armors.  It also can eject its feet-fins to use as a close-range knife.

* Primarily though, the SolEraser team fights with their machines combined into the Indalph's answer to SolSavior: SolEraser.  The SlayHare forms its feet, the DreadVenom makes up its head, neck, and forearms, and the DraCannon makes up everything else. Unlike SolSavior its energy sources do not conflict with each other, making it somewhat stronger, though its victory in their first fight can be chalked up to the sucker-punch used in its introduction.

For long-range destructive attacks, SolEraser can fire powerful gravimetric blasts from its chest known as the Horizon Buster which can cause objects caught in the attack to collapse in on themselves.  It also wields the curved Horizon Razor sword for melee fighting along with the Horizon Crusher, a punch that manipulates the pull of gravity to get a result comparable to a meteor smashing into the ground.  Lastly, SolEraser possesses the Horizon Aura, a gravimetric aura that can used to stop attacks or even alter the force of gravity on objects around it.  This allows it to redirect attacks (to an extent) and not much else on a mecha scale, but unprotected humans can potentially be put in tremendous pain and even killed as they're pinned and crushed against the ground over the course of a few minutes.  SolEraser also retains the DreadVenom's acid spray (from the mouth), the DraCannon's artillery cannons (mounted on the back), and the SlayHare's water/beam cutter (mounted on the left hand).

Mooks:

Gazers: Gazers are about as mooky as the canon gets, they're like light attack jets.  Essentially big bio-mechanical eyeballs strapped to countless thrusters, Gazers are very fragile but also nimble and posses modest beams fired from said eyes.  However, multiple Gazers can fire their lasers into one another to produce much stronger blasts.  Most closely associated with Saibok.

Praetorians: The primary Indalph assault mook, the Praetorians are big, grisly snake/bug monsters that pull themselves across the ground like a Hydralisk or Snakeman (their big inspirations by the way) or are outfitted with jetpacks.  Their arms are purely dedicated to ripping and tearing, armed with a quartet of claws, but they can also spray out corrosive acid from their mouths or release large collections of explosive egg-like pods from their bodies.  Most closely associated with Vantho.

Part Troopers: One-trick pony extraordinaire.  There's actually a number of Part Trooper variants, each one specifically designed for one function.  Flight Parts are, as the name would imply, extremely agile and the most mobile of the group, and also armed with missiles as their sole armament.  Buster Parts are much bigger and slower, but make up for it with how most of their body forms a powerful beam cannon which can either fire focused, continuous beams or streams of weaker shots.  Break Parts are even faster than the Flight Parts but are limited to direct charges, though they're also the most durable and upon impact with enemies drill through whatever's in their way.  Lastly, Cutter Parts are like flying, sentient swords, swords that can break apart and act like a swarm of blade bits.

True to their name and their appearance, Part Troopers can actually all combine together to form Complete Troopers, and can swap out damaged components for intact ones.
